water tap tv screen control panel quick delivery
the room included an in-room filtered water tap. it also had a large tv screen (i think it was around 55 inches). i requested a bathrobe using the in-room control panel and it arrived promptly.

the gym was well-equipped. the location is quite nice near the river. i enjoyed breakfast with many options available. the food was amazing!!!
check-in was not excellent. ordering an ice bucket for the room cost 6 sgd. two of the four pillows had a strong sweat odour.

lovely stay
renovated rooms water filter breakfast choice quiet room
i found the newly renovated rooms very pleasing. the water filter and nespresso machine were a nice touch. breakfast was buffet style and offered a huge choice. i slept well on the 25th floor as my room was very quiet.
the pool bar was advertised but it was never open or attended.

the location allows a convenient walk to the subway. it gives easy access to many places. the hotel offers a short walk down the river to robertson quay or to great world city.

the staff are helpful and offer a warm welcome. they provided everything i needed for the kids in my room. i found the concierge very knowledgeable and helpful ensuring nothing seemed too difficult.

the breakfast includes a variety of local food stations. the buffet breakfast had many choices meeting every taste. there were multiple options for all cultures and a dedicated area for enjoying meals.

rooms provide filtered drinking tap water. bathrooms are generously spaced. the pool and outdoor jacuzzi are on the 6th floor. i discovered that the pool was heated and comfortable for relaxation.

The hotel offered a good breakfast buffet. The variety was great. The location is also favorable. It is near many dining options and a short walk to the mrt station..
the pool area seemed dated. It really needs an upgrade. The lobby only had four seats. This is too few for a hotel of this size. The shower had low water pressure.
